Aperol Fizz


You'll Need:
  • 4 oz. Be Mixed Cucumber Mint
  • 1.5 oz. St. Germain
  • 3 oz. Aperol
  • 3 oz. Water
  • 1/2 Lemon, Juiced
  • Cucumber and Mint for Garnish
  • 25 oz. Be Mixed Cucumber Mint
  • 9 oz. St. Germain
  • 18 oz. Aperol
  • 18 oz. Water
  • 3 Lemons, Juiced
  • Cucumber and Mint for Garnish
Instructions:
  1. Combine equal parts Aperol and water in an ice cube tray and freeze overnight
  2. Garnish glasses with thinly sliced cucumber and Aperol ice cube
  3. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, then combine Be Mixed, St. Germain, and Lemon Juice
  4. Shake well then pour into glasses. garnish with fresh cucumber and mint.
